The Syndicate Empire – An Introduction

For a group of individuals to truly operate together effectively it requires something more than a loose association of shared goals and written contracts. It requires a relationship based on love and respect, a willingness to put the group ahead of the individual – it requires a family.

October 1st, 2012 was an important day on Al’Kabor, for this is when old friends and new came together to form a family.

You know, we always called each other good fellas. Like you said to, uh, somebody, “You’re gonna like this guy. He’s all right. He’s a good fella. He’s one of us.” You understand? We were good fellas. Wiseguys.

The head of our family is Ashlia, known in the past as Getsome. Outside of the family, not much is known about our inner-workings, and this is by design.

Our Family deals in respect. We wish everyone on Al’Kabor good luck.

Never get angry. Never make a threat. Reason with people. And if that fails, make them an offer they can’t refuse.

- Getsome

We are a family, but we are also a fast-paced, tactical raid force that can take out targets with precision. To start off our raiding career on Al’Kabor, we snacked on the following Velious targets.

- Tunare
- The Avatar of War
- The Vulak’Aerr Ring

Our hunger not sated, we turned to Luclin.

- Arch Lich Rhag`Zadune
- High Priest of Ssraeshza
- Vyzh`dra the Cursed
- Shei Vinitras
- Lord Inquisitor Seru
- Emperor Ssraeshza

With Luclin mostly conquered, we decided to dabble in the Planes of Power.

- Tallon Zek
- Grummus
- Terris Thule
- Aerin`Dar
- High Priest Cycle
- Manaetic Behemoth
- Agnarr the Storm Lord

Planes of Power raiding is FUN! We navigated these complex events without much trouble. We saved some of the hardest mobs for last.

- Rydda`Dar
- Lord Mithaniel Marr
- Bertoxxulous

We can’t wait to get a taste of the Elemental Planes, and if all goes according to plan, we should be there very soon.

The Syndicate Empire has existed for just over a month now. We strive to put the family first, slay as many monsters as we can, and have a blast while doing so. If you think it sounds like fun to be part of a cohesive team that raids 4 times a week, then maybe The Syndicate Empire is the place for you. Regardless of whether you’ve been on EQMac for 5 days or 5 years, if you’re a skilled and dedicated player, we’d love to have you. The ability to listen to TeamSpeak is required for raids. And a sense of humor doesn’t hurt.
